Keith was such are hardworking and determined character in everything he did.
For many years, I undertook the London to Brighton Bike Ride with Keith (& Pete B) in support of the British Heart Foundation. These were great days, with plenty of laughs and usually few beers along the way. One of the biggest challenges of the ride was the long and hard climb up to the top of Ditchling Beacon. Typically, this was where Keith came into his own. While we struggled and strained to climb the seemingly never-ending hill, Keith would lead the way and would often be waiting at top for the rest of us. His determination was an inspiration to the rest of us to overcome the challenge and reach the top.
Keith adopted the same determination and dedication in successfully overcoming life's challenges. I cherish the memories of the great times we shared.
Rest in Peace, old friend.
